David Kinnison will be involving training program following his retirement as fire chief.
Bethany Fire Chief David Kinnison will be retiring as the head of the fire department on April 1.
Kinnison, who has served as fire chief for the past 2½ years, intends to stay on to help train his successor and to serve as a volunteer fireman.
