All aboard: Miniature train engineer Michael Parkhurst guides the Stanton Express as it passes through the fairgrounds at the Blythedale Free Fair on Saturday night. The miniature train has been a popular ride for children since the mid 1970s when Gabby Stanton brought it back to his hometown.
The Blythedale community rolled out their miniature train and Ferris wheel for another Free Fair over the weekend, continuing a tradition that has lasted more than half a century.
