New swings at park

Bethany, MO: The Ryan Rocha family had a chance to try out the handicap accessible swings at Memorial Park when they weren’t being used by children with disabilities. The parks department installed sidewalks to allow persons in wheelchairs to access the swings. Tatum, Egan and Tinley Rocha were playing on the swings only at times when they weren’t needed by families requiring wheelchair access.
