Bridge removed

Bethany, MO: Republican-Clipper photo--The old Big Creek Bridge, dating back to early in the last century, has been removed in preparation for the construction of a new crossing at the west edge of Bethany. The Boone Construction Company of Columbia won the more than $1 million contract to build the new span. The removal of the bridge has exposed some of the ledges of the Bethany Falls lying downstream.
