Three Gilman City athletes took part in the state track meet over the weekend of May 21-22 in Jefferson City. Brody Langfitt placed fourth in the javelin throw and tenth in the 1600-meter run, breaking the school record with a time of 4:54.49. Ava Langfitt placed tenth in the 3200m run and Laina Ward was 10th in the javelin and 15th in the discus.
