Lance Johns files for mayor; race develops in Eastward

Eastward Alderman Lance Johns has filed for mayor in the April 6 Bethany municipal election.
If elected, Johns, owner of Southside MFA, would succeed Mayor Jonne Slemons who has decided not to seek re-election.
