Harrison County, MO: In-person, no-excuse absentee voting for the August 4, 2026 Primary Election will begin Tuesday, July 21, 2026, and will be available to Harrison County voters until 5:00 P.M. Monday, August 3, 2026, at Harrison County Local Election Authority office. Voters may vote at the Harrison County Local Election Authority office without providing a reason for voting absentee with a valid government-issued photo ID.
