Harrison County, MO: During a Grand River Muzzleloaders show in 1976, a young Bobby Chandler tested his luck and purchased one raffle ticket for a flintlock rifle. The rifle was used as an incentive for people to gather at the show. Chandler recalled many people buying the tickets and laughed about his odds knowing he only had just the one. He said at the time the gun was built by a “pretty famous” gun maker from Kansas City.
