Harrison County, MO: The impending retirement of two county officeholders has sparked a race for the two positions in the August 4 primary election while a race has also developed for county clerk.
The deadline for filing in the election came at 5 p.m. last Tuesday, March 31, with a pair of contests for circuit clerk and presiding commissioner.
