Harrison County, MO: Four students were awarded the Good Citizenship Award during the last Daughters of American Revolution meeting. On Saturday, March 21st, Joel McCall from South Harrison (right) and Chiara Davidson (left) from Gilman City smiled while standing next to DAR Chapter Regent Pat Lambert after receiving their award. Winners unable to attend were Lainey Thompson from Cainsville and Kyler Kimbrough from North Harrison. The students were nominated by displaying leadership, dependability, service, and patriotism. Before the students were recognized by the DAR members, students, parents, and grandparents engaged in flag-themed fun by taking the naturalization test and playing bingo.--Republican-Clipper photo
