
Bethany, MO: Carole Jaton Pash, 86, went to be with the Lord on November 26, 2025. She passed peacefully at her home in Bethany, MO with her loving husband of 70 years by her side.
She was born on October 21, 1939, in Willow Oklahoma to Isaac and Annebelle (Allison) Strickland.
As a young girl Carole lived in Oklahoma and Texas. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in September of 1952 in Wellington, Texas. In her teenage years, she loved to serve the Lord by playing the piano and participating in youth groups. In that time her family moved to Spearman, Texas where she met Dean Pash.
On May 9th, 1955 in Spearman, Texas, she married the love of her life, Charles Dean Pash. To this union were three sons: Stanley Dean, Jeffery Dale, and Bryan Keith. Carole was an agent for Shelter Insurance for approximately 40 years and retired in 2001. She loved her job and the people that she met. She was the first woman agent and received several prestigious awards. In addition to being an insurance agent, she enjoyed spending time with her family, fishing, swimming, gardening, and traveling in the winter.
Carole is survived by her husband, Charles Dean Pash, Bethany, MO; sons, Jeffery (Vallery) Pash, Trenton, MO, Bryan (Ronda) Pash, Bethany, MO; sister, Lawanda Montgomery, Fort Mohave, AZ; seven grandchildren, Jaimie (Lyle) Hoover, Pattonsburg, MO, Jacqueline (Corey) Wallace, Hamilton, MO, Jessica Hanson, Trenton, MO, Page (Joe) Eads, Bethany, MO, Crystal (Jeremiah) Hamilton, Trenton, MO, Chanel (Jaron) Rhea, Treton, MO, and Joshua Dean Pash, Bethany, MO; 23 great grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; and longtime friends, Bud and Francis Hyde.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Annebelle Strickland; son, Stanley Dean Pash; brother, Isaac Strickland; sisters, Adell Stanton, Charlene Daniel, Betty George, and Iverna Bacon; and great grandchild, Janessah Hanson.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 2 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow in Miriam Cemetery, Bethany, MO.
