Harrison County Assessor Christina Chamberlin was dressed as Willy Wonka at the Chocolate Factory during the Scare on the on the Square.
Bethany, MO: Businesses hand out candy to a kids during the Scare on the Square Friday evening in downtown Bethany. The event, sponsored by the Bethany Area Chamber of Commerce, drew a large crowd of costumed kids to the Square. Local businesses gave out several bicycles to the costume winners.
