Bethany, MO: When Bethany changed waste companies so did the rules for what items could be thrown out. The city council chose to help the residents by bringing in a dumpster for big and bulky items set on a pay scale. The council now choose to reverse that decision and open the dumpster free of charge. The decision proved a good idea as the dumpster was heaping with trash over the weekend.–Republican-Clipper photo
