
Blythedale, MO: An explosion destroyed a home in northeastern Blythedale on Friday morning. One person reportedly suffered injuries. The North Harrison and Bethany fire departments and North MO EMS ambulances as well as the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department were on the scene at about 10 a.m. Sheriff’s officers roped off the street in front of the home. A resident in the house suffered burns and was transferred to the KU Medical Center for treatment, according to Sheriff Trevor Place. The state Fire Marshal’s Office was on the scene on Friday.
