Gilman City, MO: After bringing home a win in districts, the Gilman City Lady Hawks moved on to sectionals in state play. The girls faced down Norborne, beating the Pirates 64-29. After crushing the Pirates, the Lady Hawks advanced to the quarterfinals, where the girls’ run was derailed by Rock Port, losing to the Blue Jays 43-31.
