Harrison County, MO: The South Harrison and Gilman City girls advanced to the state basketball quarterfinals Monday night after winning their quarterfinal games. South Harrison edged Bishop LeBlond 46-43 at Gower while the Lady Hawks rolled to a 64-29 victory over Norborne at Maysville. South Harrison will play Lone Jack at 6 p.m. on March 6 at Oak Park High School in Kansas City, and Gilman City will be matched with Rock Port at 6 p.m. on March 6 at Gallatin High School. At stake will be a trip to the state tournament at Mizzou Arena.
