Bethany, MO: Tamra Ann Barker, 67, Bethany, Mo., passed away Thursday, February 12, 2026, at her home.
Tamie was born on December 8, 1958, in Bethany, Mo. the daughter of Marion E. Barker and Norma (Groves) Pittsenbarger.
Tamie attended and was a 1977 graduate of South Harrison High School. Her last job was at Crestview Home as a social worker.
Tamie was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Connie Weary and her beloved dog Izzie.
Tamie belonged to Rainbows, Beta Sigma Phi, which she was president of three times, and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Bethany, Mo. She enjoyed baking and cooking, sewing, and loved spending time with her kids and grandkids.
Survivors include her daughters Amanda Jo Shepherd and Makayle Kay Crabtree (Darien), her son Brett (Emily) Wideman, grandchildren Riley, Mya, Joe, Austin, Joel, Quinley, Oktavia, Echoe, Jason, Eliza, and Addie; three nieces and one nephew, sister Jodi Barker, half-sister Rachel Barker, step-mother Donna Barker, and step-brothers Randy (Heather) Giles and Roger (Karina) Giles.
Funeral services were February 16, 2026 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, Mo. Burial in Miriam Cemetery, Bethany, Mo.
