Zanesville, OH: Henry Leon Riggs, 81, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2026 in Zanesville, Ohio.
Leon was born February 22, 1944, in Cushing, Okla., son of the late George Henry and Nellie Ann (Harrison) Riggs. He enjoyed a career in Law Enforcement and was Sheriff in Harrison County, Mo.
He is survived by daughter Tori Wideman, Gilman City, Mo., sister Sharon (Paul) Pry, Cleveland, Okla., nephew Les (Lea Ann) Pry and niece Renee Pry all of Oklahoma.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son-in-law Joel Wideman.
Cremation has taken place. Interment will be held at a later in Terlton, Okla.
