Ridgeway, MO: To help the students get into the holiday spirit, two Ridgeway teachers bring a little magic into their classroom. The preschool students of Ridgeway heard a shocking story when Kelly Folgate, the mail lady for the classroom, brought in an elf she had “found” alongside the road. Folgate told the kids of the preschool classroom the entire story of how and why the elf had found its way to the school. She revealed the elf’s name was Mr. Jingles and told the class that she found him in a snowdrift while on her mail route; she picked him up and took him home. While at her home, she gave him hot chocolate and chicken noodle soup. After warming up, he started talking. Saying he needs to go to Ridgeway School.
