Bethany, MO: A Bethany resident pleaded guilty to a charge of tampering with a witness during a Law Day hearing Nov. 20, in Harrison County Circuit Court. Tycene Ann Wilson, 56, admitted that she had used pressure to have a juvenile change a statement as a witness in a felony involving Wilson.
