Local schools honor veterans with Veterans Day assemblies
Harrison County, MO: Several schools from the surrounding area celebrated Veterans Day with school assemblies. The Ridgeway school system kicked off the day set aside to honor a veteran or a person serving their county. Ridgeway’s assembly, titled “Remember and Honor,” was held in their gym during an assembly at 8:30 a.m. on Veterans Day.
