Mazzie Christensen joined the D.A.R over the weekend to provide booklets covering your rights as citizens and how to avoid scams. She also addressed the members about home health care and the importance of knowing your Medicare policy.
Bethany, MO: Mazzie Christensen joined the Daughters of the American Revolution to discuss issues and opportunities facing their demographics in today’s world. Christensen took the floor in the genealogy building on Saturday, November 15th. She told the D.A.R. members about a new option people can add to their bank account to further help protect the people from scamming agents. “One thing that the state of Missouri has actually passed this past legislative cycle is if you, or someone that you know, can actually put a trusted member on their bank account,” said Christensen. She went on to explain the benefits of this.
