Bethany, MO: Harrison County residents enjoyed a spectacular light show in the northern sky last week when the aurora borealis was visible to the naked eye. The scene here was captured by an iPhone at the New Bethany Lake. The trees on the shoreline were reflected on the surface of the lake. Many people drove to the lake to see the celestial event.
