Northwest Missouri: Through a partnership between GRM Networks and the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS), the Northwest Missouri Regional Council of Governments was awarded a $5,000 FRS Community Grant. The grant will be used to purchase hands-on, interactive educational tools that will enhance roadway safety lessons and provide engagement resources to participants. GRM Networks contributed 20 percent of the total award amount.
