TAPS project nearly complete

Bethany, MO: The TAPs project titled “Park to City Hall” nears completion in Bethany. The project is removing all of the old sidewalks thoughout the route along Alder and Oakland streets and replacing them with freshly poured concrete or in some cases creating new sidewalks where none had been before.--Republican-clipper photo
