Harrison County, MO: On October 14th, a fictional emergency call was placed to a real world 911 system in Harrison County. The outgoing call described an incident involving a truck carrying anhydrous colliding with a semi on Highway 136 and dragging both vehicles into the Premier Ag building, rupturing the tanks in the accident.
