Bethany, MO: A Mission of Hope event was held at the South Harrison Elementary School on Sunday, July 13. The event had one simple goal, to package 20,000 meals and ship the much-needed food to the people of Haiti. But a monumental task like that isn’t performed by a single person, a lesson that Becky Adkins finds out every time the event is held.–By Caleb Osmon
