Eleven teams battled it out over the right to be named Grand Champion during the third annual Smokes a Rollin BBQ contest held in Eagleville. The crowd of people walked down the line of smokers, each person sampling meats from the vendors letting their taste buds decide who is crowned king, but in the end it came down to the official judges. Stott Pitt Crew BBQ took home the top spot as well as other awards throughout the event.
Eagleville, MO: Wyant Park hosted the third annual Smokes A Rollin’ barbecue contest. The Show-Me State’s reputation was put on the line as six Iowa teams faced off against six Missouri teams in a BBQ showdown at the park in Eagleville.–By Caleb Osmon
