Harrison County, MO: In girls Quarterfinals district play Cainsville/Ridgeway ranked sixth, playing against the third seed Pattonsburg, beating the Panthers 48 to 36. North Harrison, seeded fifth, played against fourth-seeded Winston. The Shamrocks won 34 to 31. In the semifinals, number one seeded team Gilman City/North Daviess defeated North Harrison 56-29 while Cainsville/Ridgeway lost to Tri-County 48-42. Moving onto the finals, Gilman City/North Daviess defeated Tri-County 61-32, making the Gilman City/North Daviess girls the district champs of Class One District 14 and moving the team into the state tournament playing against Santa Fe on March 4th, 6:00 p.m. at Alma Mo.
