Happy Birthday

Cainsville, MO: Lila McLain, member of the Cainsville 20th Century Club, came and read the book Wacky Wednesday, February 29, 2024 by Dr. Seuss at Cainsville R-1 preschool. The class was celebrating Dr. Seuss’s birthday, which is March 1st. George Booth, who was born in Cainsville, Mo., and later became well known for his cartoons that have been published in The New Yorker, drew the illustrations for the book “Wacky Wednesday”.--Submitted photo
