Interim assessor sworn in

Bethany, MO: Interim assessor sworn in: Associate Circuit Judge Jay Hemenway administers the oath of office to Christine Chamberlin who was appointed interim County Assessor last week. Chamberlin replaces Kurt Kimble who had been appointed assessor by Governor Mike Parson but resigned a few weeks into his term. Christine had previously worked in the County Clerk’s Office. The governor’s office still is accepting applications for a permanent appointment of an assessor.--Republican-Clipper photo
