Honorable mention

Gilman City, MO: Submitted photo--Honorable mention: Gilman City student Avery Gregg won honorable mention in the Scholastic Art and writing contest. Avery won 4th place in jewelry out of seven states and 320,000 other entries. Avery is in the 7th grade and her teacher is Andrea Walton. Her art piece was titled gradient double arrowhead. On March 7th Avery and Mrs. Walton will be attending the Berlin-Blank Center Scholastic Celebration in March.
