Smooth boating: Many young people attending the Harrison County Kids’ Fishing Day at the county lake were given boat rides on the lake during the event which was held on May 20. The fishing day was attended by more than 150 children and adults from around the county who spent the morning fishing in the lake and watching demonstrations by conservation department personnel. The day ended with a barbecue lunch served by area firemen.
