Harrison County residents were digging out from their second major snowstorm in just over a week when about 6 to 9 inches of the white stuff fell over the weekend after a similar winter storm made roads nearly impassable the previous weekend.
MoDOT highway crews and the Bethany Street Department were working practically nonstop over the weekend to reopen roads after snow fell on Friday night into Saturday and then came back to add another 3 inches to the snow total on Sunday.
