Work on new retail store starts: This aerial view to the left shows the location of the new Dollar Tree Store, which will be located at the intersection of Miller Street and I-35. The 8,800-square-foot store will occupy the former site of the Russell Stover outlet. The new store will employ 10 persons and will produce about $900,000 in annual sales, according to Norma Hooten of The Heartland, the realty firm that handled the purchase of the property. Holman Properties LLC of Macon, Mo., is the builder and developer of the property.
