State 4-H has locals present: Rebecca Prest of the Far & Near Club and Cooper Sadowsky of the Pawnee Peppers appear at the University of Missouri for the 70th annual State 4-H Congress.
Youth from every corner of the state gathered on the University of Missouri campus from June 3 – June 5 for the 70th annual State 4-H Congress. Harrison County was represented by Rebecca Prest of the Far & Near club (Bethany) and Cooper Sadowsky of the Pawnee Peppers club (Eagleville). A total of 225 teens, ages 14-18, participated in a variety of hands-on workshops that fit their interests. Choices came in a wide range, from leadership development to acting, writing and meteorology.
