BETHANY, MO: Harrison County Community Hospital District Board of Directors approved a $25.1 million budget for the 2019 fiscal year at their meeting on Monday night.
The total budget reflects a small increase from fiscal year 2018, which ends March 31, according to Tina Gillespie, chief executive officer.
