The City Council took action on a number of infrastructure projects during a brief meeting Monday night at City Hall.
The council approved a bill authorizing Mayor Dick Graner to sign a loan agreement with USDA to obtain $1.256 million in supplemental financing for the wastewater treatment plant which will be under construction in 2017. The additional funds were needed to finish the construction of the plant.
