Bethany man receives suspended 7-year sentence for drug offense

BETHANY, MO: A Bethany man pleaded guilty to two counts of drug possession during an appearance on Thursday in Harrison County Circuit Court.

Isaac Thomas Smith, 25, was sentenced by Circuit Judge Jack Peace to concurrent terms of 7 years’ apiece on the drug counts. The court suspended execution of the sentence and placed Smith on 5 years’ probation.
