NOTICE OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS,
Allen W. King and Diana King, husband and wife, by their Deed of Trust dated
October 28, 2005, and recorded on February 6, 2007, in Book 645, at Page 30, in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds within and for Harrison County, Missouri,
conveyed to James L. Anderson, Trustee, the following described real estate
situate, lying and being in Harrison County, Missouri, to-wit:
Lot One (1), Block One (1) Whitten’s Addition to the City of
Gilman City, Harrison County, Missouri, according to the Recorded Plat thereof
and subject to any existing easements and right-of-ways.
in trust to secure the payment of the indebtedness in said Deed
of Trust more fully described; and
WHEREAS,
default has been made in the payment of said indebtedness; and
WHEREAS,
the therein named Lender has exercised its right to appoint Jennifer M. Snider
as Successor Trustee as provided by the terms of said Deed of Trust.
NOW,
THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said indebtedness and
pursuant to the conditions of said Deed of Trust, I, Jennifer M. Snider, as
Successor Trustee, will sell the above-described property at public vendue to
the highest bidder for cash at the South front door of the Courthouse in the
City of Bethany, County of Harrison and State of Missouri, on Thursday, the 2nd
day of February, 2012 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. for the
purpose of satisfying said debt, costs and expenses provided therein.
